- Be specific. Be sure to identify the situation, as well as the specific behaviors/attitudes observed that took the performance to "above and beyond." The more details the committee has, the easier the decision.
- Be thorough, but concise. Include enough relevant information/evidence to support your nomination.
- Be sensitive. Your passion for the individual you have nominated is appreciated, but recognize that not all individuals nominated will receive the award. Please keep your nomination confidential.
